杨凡力，1987年4月生，博士，特聘研究员，硕士生导师。从事结构生物学、蛋白质设计、抗病毒药物研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（C类）1项，国家博士后基金（站前）特别资助1项；担任《生物工程学报》青年编委；获授权中国发明专利2项并完成转让。
发表SCI论文20余篇，其中以第1作者/共同第1作者/共同通讯作者在Nature（2020）、Cell Host & Microbe（2020）、PLOS Pathogens（2025，2017）、Nature Communications（2018）、Emerging Microbes & Infections（2023）、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules（2025）等国际知名期刊发表论文10篇。

主要研究方向：
1，用结构生物学技术手段揭示病毒囊膜蛋白的结构特征、构象变化分子机制、广谱中和抗体的精细表位，开发新型抗病毒策略。
2，运用Rosetta、RFdiffusion、ProteinMPNN、Boltz等基于机器学习的蛋白质设计工具，进行抗体亲和力提升、生物大分子Binder设计、小分子候选药物筛选。
3，疫苗、抗病毒药物设计和评价。

1.国家自然科学基金面上项目，结构指导下的狂犬病毒糖蛋白亚单位疫苗设计、改造及广谱免疫保护评价研究，2026-2029年，主持。
2.国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（C类），狂犬病毒糖蛋白广谱中和表位的结构特征研究，2022-2024年，主持。
3.中国博士后科学基金第二批特别资助（站前），狂犬病毒囊膜糖蛋白膜融合过程中阻断靶点研究，2020-08至2023-08，主持。
